Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC technician to perform system commissioning and basic troubleshooting at customer sites in Texas. You will load controller software, diagnose issues, and complete required commissioning documentation while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC controls knowledge and experience with facilities management systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient with PC software and HVAC-related programming tools.

Responsibilities

• Load system-level controller software and perform basic commissioning.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC-related issues and complete commissioning documentation.
• Maintain communication with customers and contractors about job progress.
• Ensure safety standards and complete on-site documentation.
