Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. seeks a Controls Technician to support Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC systems. You will complete service calls and assist on larger projects under the direction of a project manager or controls engineer.

Responsibilities include installing DDC controllers, reading and reviewing control specifications and diagrams, assisting with wiring and unit accessories, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the controls field or equivalent vocational training and experience.
• Controls Technician, Instrumentation Technician, Electronics Technician or similar diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to multi-task, follow written and oral instructions, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Must adhere to all company policy and procedures.
• Must be able to report to multiple job sites as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Install DDC (Direct Digital Control) controllers.
• Read & review control specifications and diagrams.
• Assist with wiring and installation of unit accessories.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
