Job summary

Government Contracting Resources, Inc. seeks a DDC Controls Technician to operate, monitor, maintain, and repair DDC and related facility control systems for the Panama City BOS contract.

You will review control sequences, alarms, and setpoints, perform preventive maintenance, and document actions in MAXIMO. Access to government IT/OT systems may be required, with strict security and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience with DDC/building automation systems.
• Programmer-level capability with at least one major DDC/BAS platform.
• HVAC controls knowledge including AHUs, VAVs, RTUs, boilers, hot-water systems, chillers.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use testing equipment.
• Formal technical training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair DDC systems and related HVAC and boiler controls.
• Review control sequences, alarms, schedules, setpoints, trends, and logic; make authorized adjustments and programming changes as needed.
• Maintain PMs and document repairs and system status in the CMMS.
