Where Is The Work

This position is designated as remote within a geography supporting the greater Bedford, NH area.

Job Summary

• This unique role combines HVAC and Controls expertise to start, commission, diagnose, and repair environmental-control systems in diverse commercial settings.
• Serves as the direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment on-site.
• Coordinates with team leaders and customers to understand requirements, forecast issues, and manage on-site work.
• Keeps current on Trane products related to installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of DDC systems.
• Enforces safety standards and maintains security of company assets.
• Maintains flexibility to work overtime, including occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of HVAC/Controls experience; technical training preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with no major violations in the past 3 years.
• Experience with DDC controls preferred; EPA certification is a plus.

Additional Requirements and Environmental Exposure

• Ability to operate a vehicle safely, wear safety gear, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 lbs. regularly and over 40 lbs. occasionally.
• Comfortable working at heights, in variable weather, and in environments with mechanical and electrical hazards.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $30-45/hr. (based on US averages; actual pay may vary based on seniority, location, and merit).
