Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. in Texas is seeking a building automation technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of BAS, energy management, and access control systems. The role offers 40 hours guaranteed, full-time benefits, ESOP, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Responsibilities include installation, programming, troubleshooting, planned maintenance, and coordination of subcontractors. Siemens experience is a plus; strong reading of blueprints and diagrams is required.

Qualifications

Siemens experience is a plus.
2+ years of building automation controls experience.
Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and device data sheets.
Ability to troubleshoot and program controls.

Responsibilities

Installations, programming, troubleshooting and repair of building automation systems.
Perform planned maintenance and inspections per service agreement.
Coordinate subcontractors and provide technical support to technicians.
Purchase materials and issue purchase order numbers; use software to modify graphics, databases, sequences, etc.
