Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in A/C electrical circuits and low voltage DC circuits.
• Experience with one or more controls platforms (Siemens, Distech, JCI, Inet).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Strong communication and customer relation skills.
• Familiar with Windows operating systems and software.
• Professional demeanor and strong business ethics.

Responsibilities

• Manage controls installation, programming, troubleshooting, and repair tasks.
• Diagnose system performance via observation, testing and setup; perform planned maintenance.
• Provide technical support to HVAC technicians; coordinate subcontractors.
• Document commissioning and check-out data; track hours and materials.
• Safely drive company vehicle and maintain service equipment.
• Coordinate multi-tech projects and on-call standby rotations.
• Purchase materials and issue purchase orders; use software for programming.
