What You Will Do

• Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Respond to warranty calls and provide high-level customer service.
• Provide solutions and outcomes during service as a trusted advisor.

How You Will Do It

• Load system controller software and perform diagnostics.
• Document changes and complete all commissioning paperwork.
• Maintain communication with management, contractors, and customers.
• Calibrate systems with electronic test equipment.
• Complete administrative tasks and ensure safety standards are met.
• Recommend and support facility efficiency improvements, including providing quotes.

Required

• 2-year degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning, or similar, or at least 2 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, facilities management systems, and installation/servicing techniques.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC proficiency and HVAC software programming skills.
