LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Controls Specialist to support new construction projects across Greater Boston. You will install, startup, commission, and troubleshoot BAS/DDC systems, working closely with project teams on healthcare, education, and commercial offices.

The role emphasizes Schneider Electric platforms, field devices, and system integration; travel across Greater Boston is required. A background in HVAC controls and multi-DDC platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Building Automation / HVAC Controls experience.

• Ability to troubleshoot controls, communication networks, and field devices.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and sequences of operation.

A growing Building Automation Systems (BAS) integrator is seeking an experienced Controls Specialist to support new construction projects throughout Greater Boston.

This is an opportunity to join a company with a strong project pipeline across healthcare, higher education, commercial office, and K-12 facilities. You'll work alongside experienced project teams delivering building automation solutions for some of the region's most technically demanding facilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Greater Boston.

Preferred Experience

• Strong Schneider Electric controls experience desired.
• Tridium Niagara (N4 certification desirable).
• Commissioning and startup experience.
• Healthcare, K-12, higher education, or commercial office projects.
• Experience with multiple DDC platforms.
