Job summary

A strong grasp of HVAC, Niagara AX, and IT security practices is essential, with up to 40% travel. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to support sales goals and requires at least a Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• HVAC and Niagara knowledge required.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Travel requirement up to 40% annually (overnight trips up to a week).

Responsibilities

• Assist with special projects that support sales functions and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for proposal generation.
• Develop cost estimates using company guidelines and estimation tools.
• Create proposal content with technical descriptions and architectures.
• Evaluate new technologies for inclusion in the solution set.
• Maintain knowledge of IT infrastructures and IT security best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of automation control systems and related infrastructures.
• Perform research on connectivity options for sub-systems to integrate into the BAS platform.
• Work with estimating to produce a complete statement of work for the business development executive.
• Conduct site walk evaluations to scope required work.
• Explain complex information clearly to others.
• Lead a team of analysts if required.
