Qualifikationen

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or related degree field.
• A minimum of 5 years of automotive engineering experience.
• Experience with requirements development, systems engineering, or embedded controls development within automotive applications.
• Familiarity with CAN and LIN networks and automotive system interactions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own HVAC controls feature requirements across the product lifecycle.
• Develop clear, testable, traceable requirements for climate comfort and energy optimization.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from vehicle requirements to software and validation.
• Collaborate with software, calibration, validation, program, and supplier teams.
• Lead requirements reviews, change management, and configuration management.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks; drive resolution across development.
• Support root cause investigations by evaluating requirements coverage.
• Capture lessons learned and improve HVAC controls requirements and processes.
