Qualifications

• HVAC controls industry knowledge; 3+ years preferred.
• 1+ years of experience managing projects.
• Knowledge of reading MEP drawings and electrical/network diagrams.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage project billing, job cost reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver results for defined process steps.
• Guide technical or administrative staff on projects.
• Maintain project schedules and coordinate needs with teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors and procurement activities.
• Track resources and progress, document changes.
• Prepare change orders and close-out documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance on-site.
