Qualifications

Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of Project Management experience
Basic accounting or cost principles
HVAC mechanical controls systems experience

Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a cross functional environment

Responsibilities

Lead on-site management of projects to ensure profitable execution.
Perform cost estimating, scheduling and project management activities; maintain positive cash flow.
Ensure projects are properly executed within budget and billed on time.
Manage material selection, ordering and delivery for projects.
Build long-term customer and contractor relationships.
Interface with customers throughout the project lifecycle for feedback.
