Johnson Controls is seeking a Controls Project Manager for our HVAC division to lead on-site control systems projects from planning to closeout. You will balance technical delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while ensuring work complies with contract requirements and safety standards.

The role requires coordinating design, programming, installation, commissioning, and closeout activities, guiding subcontractors and technicians, managing budgets and schedules, and

Qualifications

• Technical associate degree with four years of field experience in HVAC/building automation.
• Experience in systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC/building automation controls.
• Proven ability to lead projects and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead control systems projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, and commissioning.
• Manage project financial results including costs, billings, and cash flow.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and pursue change orders when needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and Johnson Controls policies.
• Provide as-built and commissioning documentation.
• Coach subcontractors and technicians to achieve project goals.
