Trane Technologies in Livonia, MI is seeking an Assistant Controls Project Manager to oversee smaller HVAC controls projects, manage financials, administration, and customer satisfaction. The role may lead specific tasks within larger control projects and requires managing a portfolio of smaller projects.

Applicants should have contract experience in building automation, a relevant engineering/construction degree or practical experience, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Competenze

• Contracting processes experience for building automation systems is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.
• 4-year degree not strictly required; practical experience and leadership alignment are valued.
• Strong financial acumen in construction projects is expected.
• Experience using project management tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean record.
