Job summary

IKM Building Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – HVAC Controls in West Allis, WI. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, budgeting, and executing HVAC construction and maintenance projects to ensure they’re completed on time and on budget.

You will lead project teams, interpret drawings, manage vendor relations, and ensure safety and quality standards. This position offers a hybrid work model with growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, P&IDs, codes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents, Foremen, and Journeymen.
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting.
• Interpret construction drawings and contract terms for all stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor RFPs, proposals, and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with safety plans and company policies.
• Prepare and present project forecasts, cost tracking, and WIP statistics.
• Support business development through client relationship management.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experiencedProject Managerto join our dynamic team. Physical & Work Environment Requirements
