Qualifications

3–5 years in HVAC controls, product development, or technical project management.
Experience with project management for product development cycles.
Ability to read and interpret equipment drawings and wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with regulatory and industry standards such as UL, ETL, Modbus, ISO.

Responsibilities

Implement project plans to ensure successful execution of engineering initiatives.
Manage the product development timeline, provide routine status updates to management, resolve minor inconsistencies, and maintain clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to keep projects aligned with design intent, timelines, and business objectives.
Support documentation, technical support, and training teams in preparations for product releases and enhancements.
Work with engineering teams in developing new products and enhancements for embedded control platforms.
Track ongoing projects to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules; partner with management to address shortfalls.
