Job summary

Capstone Mechanical, LP. seeks an entry-level, full-time installer to set up HVAC and building automation controls on new construction, remodels, and service locations. The role involves installing wiring in tight or hard-to-reach spaces and reading wiring diagrams and plans.

The ideal candidate has a year of HVAC training or equivalent experience, is teachable, and willing to learn, with readiness for after-hours work if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year technical certificate in HVAC or 2 years of experience in an HVAC related field.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must pass a drug screening test.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle (21+).

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC and building automation controls on new construction, remodels, and service locations.
• Install wiring in challenging locations (above ceilings, walls, crawl spaces, high places).
• Install control devices and terminate wires using wiring diagrams.
• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings and wiring diagrams.
