Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years estimating/engineering/construction management experience.
• Experience with Building Automation/HVAC controls a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and history of delivering on budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC controls projects.
• Develop scope from design-build plans for competitive bidding.
• Price equipment and sub-contractor quotes with accuracy.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks on projects.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to bid and price proposals.
