Qualifications

• HVAC Controls technical expertise.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
• Plan and analyze projects, set schedules and procedures to achieve system objectives.
• Meet with contractors and owners to discuss scope, budgets, performance, and close-out.
• Examine contracts and estimates, perform risk analysis and develop risk plans.
• Maintain the project budget to forecasted values.
• Prepare subcontractor RFQs with scope, milestones, specs, bonding and billing.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals; supervise project staff and subcontractors.
• Manage project cash-flow: progress billing, collections and resources.
• Handle change orders, facilitate quotes and close orders.
• Record parts, material and labor costs; maintain files.
