You will serve as a subject matter expert in the fulfillment and application of HVAC controls, contributing to design, development, testing, and support of future HVAC system applications and controls offerings.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years in building automation systems or HVAC controls.
• Hands-on experience with fulfillment of HVAC controls projects from handoff to turnover.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical expertise for HVAC system applications, interfaces, and integration with 3rd party systems.
• Monitor industry trends to inform product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate concept feasibility and resolve issues.
• Provide commercialization support, focusing on field office sales and operations.
• Author/review engineering bulletins, application guides, best practices, and project specs.
• Present and instruct technical topics to internal and external audiences.
• Engage in customer visits and field events.
• Direct support of critical customer projects, including job site work.
• Conduct voice-of-customer activities to identify needs and translate them into requirements.
• Define scope and requirements for new HVAC system applications.
• Design/deploy system-level applications and control logic across platforms.
• Execute comprehensive testing strategies with modeling, simulation, and HIL testing.
• Support field trials, pilot deployments, and site rollouts.
