Job summary

ENFRA seeks an HVAC Controls Analyst I to join the IS Technical Services team. With an engineering background, you will evaluate and optimize building systems on-site or remotely, planning and documenting work per industry best practices.

You will collaborate with project delivery teams to deliver RCx and Cx scopes using a solutions-based approach. Responsibilities include performing site surveys, developing energy conservation measures, documenting results in CxAlloy, and ensuring performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 1-3 years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with minimal or limited information.
• Self directed or able to work with limited direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with Company policies, safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate with project delivery team and manager.
• Execute and complete assigned tasks and deliverables on schedule.
• Participate in site surveys, documentation review, and due diligence to develop energy measures.
• Participate in design and submittal reviews of new construction scope.
• Utilize CxAlloy to document commissioning scopes.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests in CxAlloy.
• Develop technical reports and project observations for progress and system operation.
• Implement energy conservation measures independently or with partners.
• Review pre-functional checklists vs actual site conditions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building system programming.
• Use test instrumentation to troubleshoot and verify building operation.
• Oversee and execute functional performance tests for construction scope acceptance.
• Document energy measures and building programming for project records.
• Maintain awareness of energy performance and ensure targets are met.
• Identify, communicate, and address issues with delivery team.
• Assist with issue resolution and propose solutions.
• Proactively address impediments with team and leadership.
• Adhere to IS Delivery and IS Technical Services SOPs.
• Uphold company core values.
