You will collaborate with engineering teams, applying quantitative methods, and contributing to development workflows. Candidates pursuing BS/MS/PhD in engineering with a GPA ≥ 3.0 and the right to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/MS or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a highly quantitative discipline with a GPA ≥ 3.0.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong collaboration and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Algorithm Design & Analysis for HVAC/controls systems.
• Mathematical modeling and prototyping using Python, C++, or MATLAB.
• Validation & benchmarking using NumPy/SciPy/Pandas or equivalent libraries.
• Understand development tools, version control, and collaborative review processes.
