Job summary

Qualifications

• HVAC DDC Control Theory knowledge and applications.
• Proficient with Alerton/Tridium programming.
• Experience with electronics and electrical circuits.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• AA degree in applied technology preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tasks to ensure proper system operability and timely completion of assigned projects or work orders
• Create as-built documentation and wiring diagrams
• Perform programming and graphic creations
• Complete onsite big-picture tasks
• Provide limited troubleshooting
• Provide remote troubleshooting support for customers
• Maintain Hoffman standard engineering practices
• Maintain industry technical knowledge
• Provide consistent and clear communications and mentoring to supervisors, service coordinators, account managers, project managers, technicians, and customers
