Maxair is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead day-to-day execution of sheet metal construction projects, coordinating labor, materials, and subcontractors, and supporting project managers and field leaders to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and strong communication with customers, vendors, and union partners, delivering on schedule while protecting Maxair\'s interests and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Local Union 85 Sheet Metal Foreman.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and construction methods.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• OSHA 30 Certification and valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, fabrication, and subcontractors.
• Develop manpower plans that align project schedules, workforce capabilities, and customer commitments.
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals for compliance, quality, schedule, and value.
• Coordinate internal fabrication, warehouse deliveries, and field logistics.
• Create and maintain SIP documentation and project completion lists to support project execution.
• Lead, coach, and support Sheet Metal Foremen by setting clear expectations and providing timely feedback.
