Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking an Assistant to Project Manager to support field teams and coordinate project tasks in North Carolina. You will assist in coordinating shop drawings, issuing purchase orders, tracking submittals, and updating manpower schedules to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Primavera.
• OSHA 30 certification within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shop drawings and assist in issuing POs.
• Manage submittals and maintain contract drawings.
• Attend job meetings and update manpower schedules.
• Update projection vs. actual charts weekly.
• Ensure timely procurement of equipment and materials.
