Job summary

The role requires coordinating internal teams, managing scope, schedule, and risk, and acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders.

You will oversee subcontractors, track cash flow and forecasts, ensure contract compliance, and create schedules.

Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical engineering or construction PM degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience with project schedules and PM construction software.
• Strong financial analysis experience including EVM or similar.
• Experience resolving collections and customer financial issues during project execution.
• Valid driver’s license for 12+ months with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and developing communication plans.
• Lead project administration including contract compliance, documentation, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Financially manage projects including cash flow, forecasts, costs and backlog review.
• Define scope, cost, schedule and risk, review contracts, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate subcontractors, manage RFQ, subcontracts, and progress communications.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
