Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Condensing Assembler for 1st shift in the United States. You will sub-assemble and install condensing units in large HVAC systems, following standard procedures and BOMs to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will work with QMS components, braze copper tubing, fit fittings, perform leak tests, and document configurations and part numbers. A focus on safety and productivity is required.

Responsibilities

• Build compressor sub-assemblies, fit, adjust, and attach defined purchased parts, coils, and brackets.
• Install sub-assemblies into base unit and fit suction line components per drawings and specs.
• Braze fittings onto copper tubing and perform final brazing for pressurization readiness.
• Install high pressure switches, transducers, valves and ensure proper support of pipes and components.
• Test system with nitrogen and leak-check, log refrigerant type and weight.
• Photograph completed units and document original condition and configuration.
• Record hours against jobs, inspect units for BOM alignment and notify anomalies.
• Maintain workflow in condenser assembly operations and uphold safety rules.
