Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Condensing Assembler for the 1st shift to assemble condensing units for large HVAC systems. You will work from QMS documents, build sub-assemblies, braze copper tubing, and install components following defined sequences to ensure leak-free, quality units.

The role requires reading and interpreting production instructions, adjusting valves, and verifying part numbers and configurations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and attach fittings, valves, and purchased parts as per BOM and work instructions.
• Braze fittings onto copper tubing and perform final brazing to prepare units for pressurization.
• Install sub-assemblies into base units and conduct leak tests with calibrated equipment.
• Record hours and maintain workflow to meet schedules and quality requirements.
