Job summary

Munters Corporation is seeking a Condensing Assembler for the 1st shift in the United States. You will work on sub-assemblies for large HVAC units, following QMS-driven schedules and BOMs to ensure proper configuration and quality.

You will braze copper tubing, install sub-assemblies, and perform leak testing in a structured production environment. Responsibilities include reading pipe drawings, inspecting parts, and maintaining production flow while adhering to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow procedures in a Quality Management System (QMS) and production schedules.
• Ability to read pipe drawings and confirm requirements for size and fittings.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail for sub-assembly and brazing tasks.
• Experience handling hand tools, brazing equipment and precision measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assemble condenser sub-assemblies and install defined purchased parts per drawing and BOM.
• Braze fittings onto copper tubing and stage for base unit installation.
• Install sub-assemblies into base unit and perform leak tests with nitrogen and specified gauges.
• Record hours to jobs, inspect units, and maintain workflow across lines.
