Position Summary

Under general supervision, you will service commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting for ThermalNetics’ customers.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, plus 5+ years of related experience with increasing responsibility.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Perform initial Check-Test-Start procedures on various products.
2. Service products and equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Use hand-tools and blueprints to diagnose and repair units.
4. Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems at customer sites.
5. Complete documentation and maintain work files.
6. Serve as a direct contact for customers, representing the company professionally.
7. Provide troubleshooting and maintenance training at customer locations.
8. Offer technical support to clients.
9. Work overtime and weekends as needed.
10. Drive company vehicle to job sites, with some overnight travel.
11. Proactively recommend additional work based on equipment status and client needs.

Must demonstrate punctuality, maintain an acceptable driving record, and adhere to company policies, including drug screening and harassment policies.
