What you will do

If you have HVAC experience, we are looking for HVAC systems mechanics who have worked in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team. You will work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment.

We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with milestone recognition, monetary rewards, and opportunities for advancement. We offer top-of-the-line technology, equipment, uniforms, and prioritize employee safety. We will equip you with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Journeyman must be a skilled craftsman with a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in the HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service industry.
• You may be required to pass a skills examination.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to solve building inefficiencies and address service-related issues.
• Offer solutions and outcomes at the time of service as a trusted advisor.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Partner with Journeymen for complex repairs such as centrifugal, steam turbines, absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers, and ammonia systems.
• Identify upselling opportunities and provide quotes to support recommendations.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC troubleshooting.
• Ability to commit to a 30-hour OSHA certification, to be completed after hours and on weekends if required.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Mechanical journeyman status.

Preferred additional qualifications include:

• Seven (7) years of experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC.
• Refrigeration Certification.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
