HVAC StarPlus is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Technician to join our Wilmington, NC team. This role focuses on servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems with a strong emphasis on customer service and reliability.

All local work – No overnight or out-of-town travel! The ideal candidate has EPA Universal Certification, solid troubleshooting skills, and a clean driving record to ensure safe, professional on-site service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls at commercial job sites.
• Read and interpret commercial wiring diagrams, equipment schematics, and controls.
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate job details effectively.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing HVAC StarPlus.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures on every job.
