Job summary

Fidelity Building Services Group in Greensboro, NC is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our service team. You will run service and maintenance calls for our commercial HVAC customers, focusing on reliable repairs and proactive customer communication.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HVAC service experience, EPA Universal Certification, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints. This role offers full-time hours, company vehicles, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

Job description

We’re looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our service team in NC! This position will be running service, and maintenance calls for our commercial HVAC customers.

What you will be doing:

• Provide service, repair, and maintenance for commercial HVAC systems
• Customer service and open communication are a priority
• Additional education is provided through in-house training and factory training programs.
• Observe company safety measures and present a professional attitude and appearance.

Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• 3 + years of HVAC Service experience
• Refrigeration experience desired
• EPA Universal Certification
• Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range large commercial and light commercial HVAC equipment & refrigeration
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass background check & drug screen
