Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of HVAC experience preferred.
• Flexible working hours day/nights/weekends.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers in new comfort systems.
• Execute sales presentations as outlined in procedures.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• Assist customers to achieve healthy, comfortable environments by understanding their needs.
• Obtain customer authorization for all jobs.
• Complete proposals and price jobs within company standards.
• Actively pursue referrals from customers.
• Follow up site visits to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Communicate job requirements to installers and support staff.
