DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a Local Experienced HVAC Comfort Consultant to present solutions, pricing, and financing options to homeowners and businesses—and close sales through our established process.

This role supports the installation team by gathering accurate job details, engineering requirements, and communicating them clearly to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through install.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and the ability to connect with people through effective communication.
• Strong understanding of how to calculate building loads and duct sizing.
• Understanding of marketing and lead generation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when coordinating next steps.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, technicians, managers, and production scheduling.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar tools for documenting job details.

Responsibilities

• Follow the company sales process to maximize performance and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Perform timely follow-up calls to move opportunities forward.
• Schedule and provide information on emergency sales calls on the same day.
• Educate customers on HVAC replacement options and available products/services.
• Communicate professionally and collect deposits and completed installations.
• Complete sales-related forms accurately and submit them timely.
• Provide proposals with relevant pricing and solution details.
• Present rebates, tax credits, incentives, and manufacturer rebates per guidelines.
• Understand and present financing options, assisting customers with financing paperwork.
• Take job photos for installation reports and document job details in ServiceTitan.

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a Local Experienced HVAC Comfort Consultant to present solutions, pricing, and financing options to homeowners and businesses—and close sales through our established process. This role supports the installation team by gathering accurate job details, engineering requirements, and communicating them clearly to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale through install.

Success looks like delivering professional, consultative guidance; following the sales process consistently; completing required documentation accurately; and coordinating next steps with customers and internal teams—on every scheduled sales call.

• Understand and present financing options, assisting customers with financing paperwork.
• Take job photos for installation reports and document job details in ServiceTitan software.
• Complete installation detail reports and communicate job requirements clearly to technicians and managers; coordinate installation times with the production manager.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in sales and the ability to connect with people through effective communication.
• Strong understanding of how to calculate building loads and duct sizing.
• Understanding of marketing and lead generation.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude with customers and team members.
• Comfort working on scheduled calls and managing follow-ups consistently.
• Experience with proposal creation, documentation, and sales forms.
• Ability to use ServiceTitan (or similar tools) to document job details and upload installation reports.
• Commitment to ethical standards of honesty and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when coordinating next steps.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, technicians, managers, and production scheduling.
