Job summary

Air Experts, a member of American Residential Services (ARS), is hiring in-home Comfort Advisors to help homeowners replace and upgrade HVAC systems. You will meet clients at their homes, assess their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales in a one-call close environment.

We provide warm leads, a ramped compensation plan with draws, and a benefits package including a take-home vehicle, insurance after 31 days, low-cost medical, dental/vision, a 401(k) with match, and 13 days PTO plus

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred; HVAC knowledge helpful.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to access attics/crawlspaces during inspections.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to evaluate heating/cooling systems and present replacement options.
• Assess needs during scheduled appointments and determine job scope/pricing.
• Present financing options and close sales in a one-call close environment.
• Coordinate with installation teams for smooth handoff and customer experience.
