ARS is seeking in-home sales professionals to meet with residential homeowners, assess comfort needs, and present tailored HVAC solutions. All leads are company-generated with pre-set targets and strong install support.

The role offers uncapped commissions, weekly settlements, a take-home vehicle, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Represent ARS in a consultative sales role with strong install support and fast turnaround.
