Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC sales professional to present replacement options to homeowners and residential/light commercial clients. You will discuss financing, learn our sales system, and work toward maintaining margins while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Strong communication, a high school diploma, and HVAC knowledge are preferred, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive compensation package based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sales experience is mandatory for success in this role.
• HVAC trade experience is a plus and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Present HVAC system replacement options to customers.
• Present financing options to clients.
• Learn and apply One Hour sales system and ethics.
• Maintain gross margins on assigned jobs as directed.
• Communicate in a safety-conscious manner on site and while driving.
• Wear floor savers in client homes and keep the vehicle clean.
• Keep company vehicle clean and well maintained.

Job Summary

This position provides customer options, design, and education in the sale of replacement HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

Job Duties

• Presents HVAC system replacement options
• Presents financing options
• Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices
• Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience required
• HVAC trade experience a plus
• Must display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
