• Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences.

• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience
• Excellent Communicator
• In-home sales
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Comfortable navigating through multiple software systems

Pay Transparency:

This opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average$175k–$275k.Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
