Job summary

Triton Air & Plumbing is seeking a motivated helper to assist with HVAC installations and site prep in Laguna Hills, CA. You will unload materials, assist with ductwork, piping, and electrical components, and help layout systems per blueprints.

This role emphasizes safe practices and teamwork to deliver dependable home comfort. Ideal candidates have 1+ year HVAC exposure, basic system knowledge, and ability to handle tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with HVAC.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• EPA Certification.

• Help prepare and maintain job sites by unloading materials and equipment.

Pay Transparency

The starting hourly rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$30 hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
