Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Coils Supervisor to oversee the production of air conditioning coils and ensure efficient operations. You will drive safety, quality, and cost objectives while supporting continuous improvement and Lean practices.

Responsibilities include supervising coil assembly, brazing, testing, and packaging; coordinating with planning; enforcing SOPs; and leading a skilled team to meet daily production goals in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of air conditioning coil manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong quality control principles and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading a diverse production team in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise coil production, including assembly, brazing, testing, and packaging.
• Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency against standards and goals.
• Assign tasks, train staff, and ensure proper equipment usage.
• Enforce SOPs to maintain consistency and quality across the process.
• Implement quality controls to meet customer requirements and specs.
• Minimize scrap and rework through continuous improvement.
