OneWall Communities is seeking an experienced Service Technician in Augusta, GA to manage daily maintenance operations, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience, preferably in construction, plumbing, or electrical.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Must work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are correctly handled.
• Complete service requests in 24 hours or as per community policy.
• Communicate with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems.
• Assist in moving furniture and storing supplies.
