Stonemark Management in Lithonia, GA is seeking a Service Technician to maintain apartment community facilities and perform repairs. You will assist the Service Supervisor, handle on-site maintenance, and ensure safe, well-kept grounds and units.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Minimum two years in a service position at an apartment community or related role.
• EPA Certification - Type I and Type II.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Mechanically inclined with knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction and electrical.
• Able to use a range of hand and power tools and freon recovery equipment.
• Flexible to work some weekends and on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintenance as needed.
• Provides prompt, professional service.
• Repairs on vacant apartments in a timely fashion.
• Completes service requests promptly.
• Completes preventive maintenance checklists.
• On-call duty for emergencies and after-hours as assigned.
• Assists Supervisor in completing projects.
