Job summary

Robbins Property Associates is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Certification), appliance, and general maintenance repairs to keep the property safe, attractive, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include completing service requests and apartment turns, assisting with preventative maintenance, and supporting on-call rotations while delivering exceptional resident service. HVAC certification is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance or general maintenance preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced residential environment.
