Job summary

Southwood Realty is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee general maintenance for buildings, grounds and equipment. You will manage maintenance staff, participate in training and ensure superior customer service while rotating on-call duties.

You will maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems, coordinate with property teams, and drive quick turns on vacant units while keeping readiness levels high across properties in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• HVAC certification required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass drug & background screen.
• Must be available to rotate emergency on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and building infrastructure.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff; ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Rotate emergency on-call responsibilities with other maintenance staff.
• Complete service requests and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days and keep 80% of vacant units ready.
