Job summary

Sentinel Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician for Lexington Farms, a prestigious apartment community in Overland Park, Kansas. You will work under the supervision of the General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to perform repairs and preventive maintenance at the property.

This full-time role requires HVAC certification (or willingness to obtain within six months), on-call availability, own tools, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• On-call availability for 24 hours as assigned.
• Own a basic set of hand tools used in duties.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs at the property as assigned.
• Complete work orders efficiently and courteously.
• Inspect buildings including roofs and common areas regularly.
• Ensure work orders are carried out promptly per procedures.
• Maintain shop and storage areas in a clean, safe, and secure fashion.
