Job summary

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for our roving maintenance team serving Memphis-area apartment communities and commercial locations. The role involves a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call duties and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include HVAC and appliance repair/installation, plumbing and electrical work, lock work, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required (Universal preferred).
• Two or more years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Physical ability to perform the tasks assigned.
• General knowledge of building codes and laws applicable to maintenance and repair work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to complete required documentation of work performed daily.
• Ability to work in both residential and commercial settings.
• Must have a reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work.
• Must pass credit check, background check, and drug screening.

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is currently accepting applications for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for our roving maintenance team, which serves various apartment communities and commercial locations in the Memphis metropolitan area. This position's regular work schedule is Monday through Friday but also includes rotating on-call responsibilities and overtime as needed. The candidate should display strong organizational and customer service skills. The candidate must be able to manage time well, work unsupervised, and be able to perform on both residential and commercial sites as needed.
