Live Bryten's Farmhouse on Estrella in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep the community safe, comfortable, and well maintained. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks for vacant units, while delivering courteous service to residents.

Ideal candidates have apartment or facilities maintenance experience, strong diagnostic skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and painting, and the ability to work independently with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Apartment/facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred; other industry certifications are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.
• Handle service requests and work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting and other systems.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes (make-ready) for new residents.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, inventory, and maintenance activities.
