Job summary

Avail Solar in West Jordan, UT is seeking Residential HVAC Canvassers to join our field marketing team. This role involves canvassing neighborhoods door to door, discussing heating and cooling systems, identifying potential HVAC needs, and scheduling informational appointments with our HVAC consultants.

On Target Earnings of $85,000 per year; base salary plus commissions with unlimited potential for top performers.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Smartphone with data plan is required for scheduling and communication.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills are essential for door-to-door canvassing.
• Residential canvassing experience (DIRECTV, pest control, alarm, smart home) is preferred.
• HVAC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners about heating and cooling systems.
• Identify potential HVAC needs and educate homeowners on solutions.
• Schedule informational appointments with our HVAC consultants.

Residential HVAC Canvassers

work within our field marketing team, canvassing neighborhoods door to door, speaking with homeowners about their heating and cooling systems, identifying potential HVAC needs, educating homeowners on available solutions, and scheduling informational appointments with our HVAC consultants.

HVAC Canvassers

do not perform HVAC work, enter homes, diagnose systems, or collect payment. Your role is to start the conversation, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our HVAC team.
