Avail Solar LLC is hiring Residential HVAC Canvassers in Utah to work with our field marketing team. You will canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners about heating and cooling needs, and schedule qualified appointments for our consultants.

The role emphasizes start-of-conversation, opportunity identification, and appointment setting rather than doing HVAC work. We offer a structured training program, a consistent weekday schedule, health and vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

Reliable transportation required.
Smartphone with data required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Prior experience is ideal.
Experience in residential canvassing (DIRECTV, pest control, alarm, smart home) is a plus.
Hospitality experience is beneficial.

Our team helps homeowners identify heating and cooling needs, understand potential system issues, and connect with qualified HVAC professionals for inspections, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.

Residential HVAC Canvassers work within our field marketing team, canvassing neighborhoods door to door, speaking with homeowners about their heating and cooling systems, identifying potential HVAC needs, educating homeowners on available solutions, and scheduling informational appointments with our HVAC consultants.

HVAC Canvassers do not perform HVAC work, enter homes, diagnose systems, or collect payment. Your role is to start the conversation, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our HVAC team.
